Narrative Short, 2013, 16 min, English, Canada, Not rated
On Saturday January 14th 1989, an astonishing event took place that severely injured four people and changed the lives of over three hundred witnesses. A young boy walked into the Parktown Mall in Toronto and made a face that was hideous beyond imagination. The frightened mall patrons panicked and what was supposed to be an ordinary shopping excursion turned into a day of insanity and terror.
Twenty-five years later, two filmmakers have decided to find out the truth about this event. How did one child cause so much chaos at the mall? How did he make such a face and where is he now?
Some faces were never meant to be made.
